Standing seam roofing is used in commercial and residential applications.
Ultra Lock Standing Seam: Used primarily in commercial applications. Can be installed on roof slopes as low as 1/4:12 with positive drainage. We own our own Ultra Lock Standing Seam rollformer, so panel length is generally not an issue! Our machine can be lifted to roof level and panels are run directly out on the roof deck. It is a sight to see! Being able to run long panel lengths is a benefit to you because it eliminates seams in the roof. One continuous panel from eave to ridge = NO LEAKS! We have been installing standing seam since the early 1970's and have a proven track record! This architectural panel system uses minimally visible fasteners, giving your building a clean, attractive finish. Ultra lock is a vertical leg standing seam system that is mechanically seamed on the roof. Ultra Lock can be installed over open framing or solid decking.
Horizon-Loc™ : Used primarily in residential applications. Horizon-Loc™ is a durable concealed fastener roof system with easy snap together installation. This architectural panel system uses minimally visible fasteners, giving your building a clean, attractive finish. The panel’s easy snap-on ribs attach rapidly with no hand seaming, making installation less expensive than traditional standing seam.
